With over 27 years of global sales and executive management experience, Myron is known for driving innovation, revenue growth, and operational efficiency across diverse industries.
Before joining Fortis Solutions, Myron served as Vice President of Global Sales at Rectitude 369, where he ensured his teams stayed at the forefront of emerging technologies while developing strategic technology roadmaps to help clients increase revenue, lower operational costs, and maximize mission-critical resources.
Previously, Myron held senior leadership roles at ConvergeOne and Advantel Networks, managing large-scale client portfolios and leading sales in cybersecurity, data center, networking, and managed services solutions. He began his career at Lucent Technologies, later contributing to Avaya Networks’ brand and culture development after the company’s spin-off.

He previously served as Senior Network Engineer for the San Francisco 49ers and Levi’s Stadium, maintaining design and configuration standards set by the original architects and acting as a Brocade Resident Consultant (BRC) to ensure uninterrupted network services during major NFL events.
Tony’s experience also spans government and defense operations, including engineering wireless infrastructure for the Defense Language Institute at the Presidio of Monterey, CA, and managing the Department of Defense (DoD) Network Enterprise Center (NEC) at Fort Polk, LA, where he led engineering teams to improve network stability and performance.
A U.S. Army veteran, Tony served 17.5 years as an Electronic Systems Maintenance Warrant Officer, retiring as Chief Warrant Officer 2 with combat deployments to Iraq (Operation Iraqi Freedom) and Afghanistan (Operation Enduring Freedom). He holds a B.S. in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University.
